About Me
With over 15 years in production experience, founder and CEO Jamal Simmons has worked with some of the best and brightest in the industry. Jamal’s IMDB exhibits his many clients which include commercials for Ford Motor Company, Subway, Zaxby’s, Golden Corral, TheraFlu, and the Weather Channel; and half-hour and one- hour long television documentaries including: “Be Inspired: The Heavy D Story;” “Love, Peace and Soul (a tribute to Don Cornelius);” “Philly’s 4th of July Jam” for the BET, Centric, VH1 and TVOne networks. The database also features him as executive producer or show runner for several unscripted television productions such as “Turnt Out with T.S. Madison,” Aspire’s “The Level Up Experiment,” “Inside the Vault with Ash Cash,” T.I.’s “Expeditiously” and “In’Style Atlanta;” Department Head, DP, or Camera Operator for “Love and Hip Hop,” “M Celebrity Dream Wedding,” “Married at First Sight,” “Growing Up Hip Hop,” and “Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
It is through these varied experiences that Jamal learned the value of having a good work ethic, displaying professionalism and developing the subtle art of business etiquette whether it's on set, negotiating with clients or working with other industry professionals. These skills have placed him on the short list of high demand professionals in an industry that is not only competitive but relies heavily on this experience.
This proud U.S. Navy veteran is a graduate of the Art Institute of Atlanta, a native of Washington, DC., is married to Rachel Simmons and the proud father of four beautiful children.
